Trashy!

Yes, I was searching for a cute auto trash can. Don't judge. Oh, and I found one. The Mod Mobile carries an unusually large selection of trash 'bags' for your car. Cute ones, no less. Sometimes I feel like I live in my car. I use my totes to try and keep things under wraps, but I have my fair share of straw wrappers floating around. We have actually set up a trash can in our garage so that I can easily transfer my trash. Sad, I know. Again, don't judge. Once I get a fancy trash bag from The Mod Mobile my car will be pretty again. Now.... which pattern do I choose?

Can You Spell CUTE?

I am a HUGE fan of MiChiMa! All things felt. I ♥ felt. I also know how hard it is to cut into tiny pieces. I made a little tooth pillow for my oldest and it drove me nuts. Who knew that crap was hard to cut? Anyway.... I think anything in this shop would make an adorable 1st birthday gift.

A Little Funk on the Finger

I'm not a big jewelry person. Never have been. Probably never will be. Every now and then something funky catches my eye. Take this ring. It's silly, but different. Frankly, it's cool. Everything at Boulder Glass Monkey is handmade in Colorado.

Now why the heck don't they sell cute stuff like this in the baking aisle? The ladies over at the Goody Blog posted this yesterday. They are in some kind of cupcake frenzy over there. A New Kind of Bedtime Story

Art is a big thing in our house. We go thru paper and staples like some people go thru toilet paper. My girls LOVE to write stories and make books. Each of the girls now has their very own 'published' book thanks to Tikatok. Log in, upload and voila... you have your very own hardcover. We have started a tradition of making one each year to mark their 'progress'. How fun will it be to look back in a few years and read these great stories?

Check out this fabulous little ETSY shop. Home of this and many other cute chalk mats. My kids love chalk mats! We had one for each of the girls stashed away in the diaper bag at all times. Granted, we ate out a lot! I was happy not to cook and the kids were happy to color. When it's time for the food, just flip the mat over and you have an adorable little placemat. Why not grab a crayon roll while your shopping and throw a couple pieces of paper in your bag. You may get dessert!
